USELESS! Ordered from their online store Feb 28 2024. Money taken Feb 29. Delivery date was expected March 5. That was it! E Mailed them on March 11 and again March 21 with no response. Checked tracking and still to be fulfilled. Called their number, no response. messaged them, no response. drove to their alleged location, they don't exist there. BE VERY WARY. I BELIEVE IT TO BE A SCAM.
They don't even answer emails or the phone! I'm not sure how they do business but this method of dealing with new potential customers is very unique. I had one call with the owner and visited their location around June 28, and no further response to my emails and calls.
Very nice and friendly owner, takes time to explain his products so you can get the best product for your situation. I gladly recommend it to any beekeeper!
Excellent advice, and great inventory at very reasonable prices. Alexandra was knowledgable and put together everything I needed to winterize my hives at a cost lower than anyplace else that I've patronized. Having this store in Toronto saves me trips to Hamilton By the way, the store is a little hard to find- it's in behind the house, in a sort of garage. There is no sign that I could see, but as soon as I knocked, Alexandra was on it
