An excellent experience! I purchased a pre-owned Audi S5 from this dealership. The vehicle was everything they had promised. The service and follow-up was impeccable. The deal was very fair and it was a delight and pleasure to work with Alonso. The showroom was very welcoming and I was as made to feel very special. I would not hesitate in buying another vehicle from them in the future.
Bought a 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.0 from the original Davenport dealership and had a great experience overall. The car was in good condition and looked fantastic. However, I have noticed not long after driving the car that the rear sunroof cover unfortunately was broken and could not be slid back and forth properly which I didn't really think of checking when I first bought the car. I contacted the service team (which were great btw), and they took a look at it and deemed it would have required a full replacement which would run between $2500 - $3000 for parts and labour. I then asked my sales rep if this would be covered which it unfortunately is not as it is a cosmetic issue and not a safety one. So overall, the experience was good, however, I'm a bit disappointed by the fact that I was not made aware of this issue of the rear sunroof beforehand. I suspect that the issue probably wasn't even known to the dealership when they sold me the car. Props to the service team for helping doing the diagnostic for me free of charge and understanding my situation! If not for them, this would have been a 3 star review.

Bought my 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio here. The car only ran for 8k kms and was in an immaculate condition. The sales team was very professional and well-trained. The salesperson of mine, Alonso, is a very nice guy to deal with, embodied with communicative and responsive work with his professional skills. The financial manager, Nigel, was very responsible to his customers and effectively solved clients' concerns. Talk about the car itself. Quadrifoglio is absolutely a masterpiece of the auto industry. I couldn’t resist looking at it after I parked it. PS: They opened a new shop on Adelaide St in the Distillery District. It’s a neat shop, and they also offer services there.

Sold my beloved 13 year old TT as we moved down to one car. That left a sport Ute... Not the best ride after the Audi. So we thought we'd trade it in for a car we both really liked. We were in no hurry and looked at about a dozen possibilities from German to Asian to American. The clear winner was the Alfa Giulia! And not just the car— Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he answered my repeated and pestering questions with ease and grace. And the rest of the AR team were great too. And so is the Giulia!
Sergio was very helpful from the day I called him and he advised me that the Giulia is (only) available in all-wheel drive in Canada. This enticed me to come in and test drive it (and the SUV). I debated (with myself) for a couple months if I really wanted to take the plunge (there was nothing wrong with my current car). Sergio was very respectful and never called me - only emailed me once to let me know he was available anytime for further discussion, etc. So there was no hard sales pressure. When he heard what I was looking for (features, etc), he found me one at another of their dealers that was a perfect match. Then he and Louie worked very hard on trade-in and pricing to make the deal irresistible! Great follow-up after delivery. And I love driving the car (all my colleagues look for ways for me to give them a lift!).
