Dr. Amauri Caversan is great. Out of 4 naturopathic clinics that I have tried out. I am sticking with his. Why? 1. I like Dr. Caversan (he's honest, and does not charge extra for Glutathione) like another office did. 2. Love the TV lounge set up, always attentive to client needs and requests. 3. I did not have the right cc to pay at one of my appointments and he said don't worry about it, you can pay next time. This speaks volumes on integrity and illustrates that he values client service and satisfaction over money. That is when I decided Dr. Amauri Caversan's office was for me and my family. P.S. I am glad I kept trying out new Naturopathic clinics before deciding on where to bring my business Very satisfied client.

This is about my appointment over a year ago but still bothers me. I called a week in advance to book 2 appointments (me and my bf) filled out an extremely long questionnaire. Upon arriving they were surprised there was 2 appointments (i called twice confirming 2 appointments and asked if cash was available). The naturopathic Dr. did absolutely not read my questionnaire before arriving and proceeding to ask me every single question again, same as my bf, then they told us they were putting us in separate rooms and had no where we could sit side by side. Extremely frustrating the girl kept looking over my head while she was speaking to me. Eventually we were able to sit beside each other for the last half of our appointments. At the end of our appointments proceeded to say they will accept our cash but don’t carry cash on hand (after confirming with me via phone earlier in the week this wouldn’t be a problem) so ended up over paying. Have no idea how this place has an award on the desk. Other IV places provide a way higher quality experience as well as variety. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I have been seeing Dr. Amauri and team for more than 10 years from menopausal and general health support . I love the vitamins drips ! DrAmauri is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I know .
