All the dry products I ordered always arrived on time, I haven't tried ordering livestock. The owner even called me when something wasn't in stock and offered to replace it with a similar, more pricey item for free. 10/10 service.
Best place ever they have polyfilter stuff is nice easy online Oder. I love it so much because it has poly filter and it’s one of the best stores to get it at big house. They have them too, but sometimes they don’t have stock. This store is the best just for carrying that item.
Great sales and prices. Excellent collection of saltwater brands such as innovative marine. There fish and inverts are quarantined. Many items can be backordered if out of stock.
Was a tad on the costly side, and information on the website about the plumbing products would be a benefit instead of having to make a long distance phonecall.
This place is an amazing spot for all things pet, but I went for aquarium supplies. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Thanks again for taking care of me
I’ve picked up a tank that was defective from the factory. Long story short, He responded right next day in the morning and helped me to set up temporary tank because I had my fishes in a garbage can, and he didn’t have any stock for me to exchange. Thank you so much for quick remedy and I will come back for more when I get salt water tank :)
