I called Chris on Monday afternoon and he arrived the next morning prepared to tackle a salt water tank that’s been neglected for too long. He’s very professional and true to his word. My tank at DeSotos eatery is looking and operating 100% better than yesterday. Thank you Chris!
That was last night of June most of the gates were closed,it was hard to find out that was open or close,we were excited to go there,but due to inconvenience we lost that moment.hope so we will be back soon
Chris has been cleaning our aquarium now for the past 7 years. He does a great job all the time - he comes once a month and he is quick, clean and efficient. He also has good prices. He is knowledgeable and knows all about fish. He is a great guy - he will answer all of your questions - he has a great personality and a lot of patience. I would absolutely recommend him
Chris is amazing. He did an exceptional job on our aquarium...our aquarium had algae and was completely green, the fishes weren't visible. Now it's clear, and our fishes are happy. Chris is beyond amazing, he goes above and beyond his service guarantee. I had called Chris in a panic one afternoon, extremely concerned that my fished were lacking oxygen, I had tried everything by this point and couldn't restore their balance. Chris came by within 2 hours, not only did he do a fantastic job in cleaning my tank, he did a test to determine what was wrong. He even got one of older filters to work again. He had all the spare parts and anything I need in his service van. So reliable, very friendly and so down to earth.
Chris came THROUGH for me on a total last minute, outside the box request for a trade show of all things. I'm based in the US, but needed an aquarium with specific dimensions and accessories. He not only met my requirements with less than a week's notice, but showed up with extra supplies at no additional cost and got us up and running in time for our show. I definitely recommed him if you're in the Toronto area...he will not disappoint!
