TL;DR- tasting menu was excellent and great value. Cocktail pairing- great concept but poor execution - not worth the price ($75pp). The tasting menu was a confident, deeply flavorful expression of the kitchen’s point of view. Each course felt deliberate and balanced, with particular standouts including the tabbouleh, the lamb, Tartare, and the mezze dips. The cocktail pairing ($75 pp), while thoughtful in intent, would benefit from improved execution to fully match the caliber of the food. The experience could be elevated by beginning with a brief exploration of guests’ flavor preferences—perhaps inviting diners to describe or even note their favored profiles and dislikes. This would allow the cocktails to be more precisely tailored to both the individual and the accompanying dishes. Additionally, providing a concise explanation of how each cocktail’s flavor profile is designed to complement each course would deepen the sense of cohesion between glass and plate. Finally, having the cocktails arrive slightly ahead of each course would allow guests to engage with the pairing as an integrated experience rather than an afterthought.

We had a wonderful evening at Taline. The Armenian Lebanese dishes were all delicious and beautifully plated. Our party of six had the “yalla” selections which gave us a broad range of dishes. Some highlights: the Octopus, lamb (for our meat eating friends) and the fish. The starters were all excellent with the fresh bread (babaganoush!) The fattoush salad was excellent and the service was attentive and personable. Great selection of Armenian and Lebanese wine. We’ll be back.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our Anniversary! From the smile of the hostess to each and every dish, you could feel the love and care that was put into such creative and well done food. Service was kind and attentive. We even had our first ever Armenian wine! We will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was attentive and kind. You can truly feel the heart behind everything. It’s the best Armenian food I’ve ever tried. And I really loved the Ashta Tart.

The Autumn Fattouche with persimmons and squash was a creative start, though I could’ve done without the squash. The Manti was absolutely perfect — I almost wanted to lick the plate! The lamb chops paired with lentil purée and yogurt-mint sauce were beautifully balanced, just be mindful of the black salt. The NY strip steak, served with potatoes seasoned with Armenian-Lebanese spices and black garlic pearls, was divine. We finished with inventive Armenian desserts with a modern twist — a truly memorable and flavorful dining experience.

We went with a large group to celebrate a combined birthday party and had a wonderful evening. Excellent food, service, and drinks. Everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated everyone involved (hosts, chefs) for making it such a memorable evening.

Very nice ambiance. It was a Saturday so it was jampacked, energetic and noisy. Actually good to see a restaurant like this thriving. Food: Banu cheese dip, garlic potatoes and Manti were great. Kibbeh Niyeh (like a beef tartar) and kale taboulé salad were bland. A pistachio ashta cream tart for desert was light and not too sweet but seemed very pricey for what it was. Overall a good experience
