MUST TRY 2 hour intro course, the instructor Fredriz was amazing and made learning how to make pottery very easy. Mia the other instructor was kind welcoming and very supportive . Absolute must try for the whole family
I am not sure of the instructors name, but I went to a Christmas ornament painting on Saturday morning at 10am on the 29th November, and the instructor was the best !! She was so nice and professional and super knowledgeable. Cosy vibes, great atmosphere, 100% recommend xo
kinda sad that this studio was my introduction to pottery:/ did a 3h class and brought a few friends for 2 more 3h classes, and then completed a 4-week intro class. after taking classes at diff studios, i can confidently say this was the worst one. spent a few classes unlearning what I was taught here and actually started making progress when I had different instructors. on top of that, 3/4 of the instructors I had at this studio were not welcoming at all, nor were any of them actively guiding or instructing after the demos so we were left to fend for ourselves.. lots of micro-agression from one of them too. highly advise future students to reconsider and go to other studios like the gardiner museum or doing a workshop with the TSA ! otherwise, you'll run the risk of also only knowing how to throw wonky mini bowls even after 9 classes:,(
We had so much fun doing our ornament class with Jonah! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about various techniques and how to make our ornaments look as nice as possible! The class time flew by and we could not recommend it enough :)) a great experience and my second year in a row doing this class!
We had a fun day of pottery making, we chose the 1.5 hour session, I think the 3 hr would have been better with more time to play with he clay and getting to paint it afterwards.
I’ve come to the studio now a few times and it’s awakened a true love of a new craft! I love the studio’s atmosphere, friendliness. All the staff are so sweet. I’m signing up for the 4-week course!
This is an absolutely fantastic place! My daughter is just finishing the March break camp there and she is devastated because she doesn’t want it to end! And I can’t blame her, it’s a beautiful bright space where the kids can explore their creativity and have fun. The atmosphere is so peaceful and happy there. All the instructors are fantastic, especially Gaby, the owner. I highly recommend it and we’ll definitely do it again!! I’ll also be trying the adult programs too. I look forward to it.
