An item was priced at $3.99 but the cashier was trying to charge me $10.99, when i asked why she said that they do not honor the items pricetags she was trying to steal the money.
Very poor customer service from the cashier today. Her coworker came to give her a massage as she was cashing me out. How thoughtful and inappropriate.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier who had pink hair. The music in the store was quite loud, and the cashier was wearing a mask, so I misunderstood what she said. She asked, “Do you want two bags?” but I heard it as “Do you want two in the bag?” (while she was pointing at the items). When I told her at the register that I only needed one bag, she let out a very obvious, deep sigh and shook her head in a rude way. When I asked her to confirm whether the 10% off coupon had been applied, she sighed again even more dramatically and showed an extremely rude attitude. It made me feel really uncomfortable. I wanted to say something, but the Eaton Centre was closing, so I left quickly. Honestly, I don’t think I will ever go back. It was quite bad experience. Hope she will see this review and improve her service onwards.
1-Don't assume every customer who walks in is a shoplifter. It's bad for business. 2-Don't ask if I have a membership then proceed to not help me register. I was told to scan the barcode and register myself. I don't like to hold the line so I cancelled registering. If the cashier did it on their PC thing it would probably take like a minute tops. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I definitely felt the vibe is off.
TERRIBLE!. The store use Chiikawa to promote BUT NOT A SINGLE CHIIKAWA MERCH. Full of old and ugly plushie like Stitch and pink bear. EVERY SINGLE MINISO OUTSIDE OF TORONTO HAS BEEN GETTIN CHIIKAWA STUFF. THIS STORE STILL STUCK 1 YEAR BEHIND. No hate for the worker tho, i know they are just overworked by the higher ups.
Cute shop! I’ve been a big fan of miniso since they came to Canada. This location is pretty big and very cute! I love how there’s so many items to shop for. Their beauty section is pretty big and they also have a lot of blind boxes.
Bad customer service.Shopped on July 16th. Bought a selfie stick and it did not work on my phone so I decided to return it (5min after the purchase). I talked to the sales representative in a polite manner. However, she was telling me that I cannot return it without explaining any return policy kindly. She found another male staff talking to me. I explained the situation, then the lady was whispering to him in front of me and other customers. I didn’t know what she said to that gentleman, and it did make me feel very uncomfortable. They gave us only options: email your customer service or return store credits. No more solution besides that. I am not sure if it’s because of her whisper or anything.Also, I don’t believe they were talking to us in a patient and explaining way. I think it was bad to service your customers like this.
