Quest AV were great to work with! We contracted them to provide the audio equipment for Sand Flight, an outdoor dance piece taking place on a large sand dune installed at our site under the Gardiner Expressway. Quest were able to easily install all of the audio equipment in our non-traditional space, and accommodated some last-minute additions to our order to make sure the sound was just right. When a staffing glitch occurred and our AV tech was scheduled for the wrong time, Quest immediately sprang into action (on a Saturday) to correct the issue and get a tech to our site in time to make the show run smoothly. Surprises can often come up in event production, but Quest's ability to handle this issue calmly and efficiently was much appreciated. Thank you to Anthony, Jordan, Mateo, and the whole Quest team for a great show!
I am a corporate event manager and I cannot recommend Quest AV enough. They are extremely professional and good at what they do! Anthony was a pleasure to work with before our event and onsite Hunter was so knowledgeable and good at what he does. I would use Quest AV again in a heartbeat at any future event.
Quest was the exclusive AV vendor for my wedding venue. The service we received was subpar at best. We never saw our audio engineer the entire wedding (all other vendors came to check on us), they tried to rip us off by trying to rent us a clip on microphone for our violinist at $385 plus tax (when we had a second wireless microphone as part of our package, which we could put on a stand) and sent a follow up email for a bill with zero balance that was confirmed fully paid two weeks prior. I provided this feedback to them, which resulted in the GM reaching out to me to discuss and hoping to find a resolution. He did not come into the call with any resolution, but rather asked me what could be done. Since the wedding had passed, I said they could offer a partial refund. In the end, there was no resolution. They said they had provided extra services the day of (moving lights and special cake lighting valued at $1,200 - sounds a bit much to me). Knowing what generally happens at our venue, this 'extra service' is provided to everyone, not just us and clearly can't be worth that much if everyone is getting it for 'free'.
We have hosted a last minute event at Steam Whistle where Quest AV is their in-house A/V. We're so thankful! ou've exemplified that customer service reigns supreme. So grateful for Nataliya's attentive care and support throughout.
