EDIT: after leaving a review about the service, I received a call from the company right away. They said they will fix my windshield as early as next week. I appreciate their understanding and hope that there won’t be any issues with the windshield moving forward. I had my rear windshield done by Axis Auto Glass a couple months ago. Alex came fairly quickly to my garage and had a new windshield installed within an hour. It was great working with them in the beginning. I’ve been having issues with the rear windshield leaking and rear defroster issues. I called them to fix it as it’s under their warranty. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over a month now. They told me they’ll schedule me in, but it’s been weeks and I’ve been asking them for updates without any response. I went to Ford for regular maintenance and they informed me that my rear windshield wasn’t installed properly. It seems like this company is ghosting me after they made an error and won’t take accountability to fixing it. As much as I loved the convenience, it later created so much more stress for me. I’m warning those who are getting their windshield fixed by them that this could happen to you!
Needed a short-notice front windshield replacement, and Axis was the only company open late enough to call to make a booking. They were able to help me out the next day, coming to my condo and doing the replacement in my parking garage. Did an excellent job and all the help was much appreciated! Highly recommend.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment for windshield repair. Alex called ahead and let me know when he was coming and arrived at the time he said he would. He drove down to our downtown condo garage and was ready to do the repair. However, despite my thinking that there was a chip in the windshield, it turns out that there wasn't (yes, that was embarrassing). Alex was nonetheless very understanding and gracious and did not charge me for his time. Next time, when there really is a chip in my windshield, I will definitely give Axis a call!

Amazing Service. Highly reommend. Joe and the team were amazing. I called a couple of other companies but they needed a week to order and do the work. Axis came to my location the next day and it was fixed in a hour. Great communication and terrific customer service. Price was so resonable I didn't even need to involve my insurance company, so hassle free. Stand by their work with a warranty. I'd always rather support a local business than a chain. My weekend started on the wrong foot where driving on the Gardiner resulted in a rock chip that was big enough requiring a full replacement of my windshield. I called around and chose Axis Auto Glass due to the level of knowledge and certainty the manager had when speaking with him. When the technicians arrived onsite, they replaced windshield on the same day of the service request. Most importantly, the technicians were friendly, professional, and worked with surgical precision. Total experts. Kudos to the technicians that made the whole experience awesome.
