I brought in my 2025 brand new Audi SQ5 for two door dents on the driver side door. Obviously someone opened their door hard and left a vertical dent on the upper door and worst of all the lower body crease. I really didn't want to repaint a door on a brand new car. Oddly I had the exact same dent on my other 2021 Audi. At that time I brought my car to a well known PDR place and they said it's not repairable via PDR. They said it was too hard to get to. Mike said they might have to take the door off or drill an access hole but they would see. Roadrunner fixed my new car's dents without even having to drill any holes to get to the lower dents! I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Mike’s work. By reputation I had heard he was good.I had multiple dents on the roof and hood (from acorns) of my car. Mike meticulously repaired each one, and the car looked perfect afterward. Price was also a great value. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Can’t recommend highly enough!
I can't believe how well my car turned out. You'd never know my quarter panel was ever dented. Mike was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend him more. 10 out of 10!

These guys are great. I got a quote from another place and they wanted 500 bucks and said they needed my car for a day and a half. I called Mike from Roadrunner and he answered his phone right away. He told me to bring the car by after work that day, took one look at the dent, and said he could fix it for 200 bucks right then and there. Within an hour it was fixed. He and John are very meticulous, super professional, and extremely friendly.
Driving a new car in Toronto may be challenging. You never know when someone parked near you opens a door too strong or leaves a shopping cart beside on a windy day. Apparently something like that happened to us leaving a nasty dent. Thank you Mike for fast and splendid repair of the dent and a cement splash scratch mark, the car is new again.
Mike is a miracle worker. Had a nasty dent on an aluminum door, and was told repeatedly by other body shops that I’d be looking to do an entire refit of the door, plus paint. Mike had it looking almost as good as new in no time. I hope I don’t have to get my vehicle seen by a professional anytime soon again because that would mean I got another dent/ding... but heaven forbid that happen, the choice is AMPLY clear: I’m going to Mike
