I've been going here for years now, Ben usually has time right away but I always give a call to make sure. I always come in and get "the usual", very glad how uncomplicated it always is. Happy to support a small local business owner, only understandable downside is no amex but any other card is just fine.
My bf and I were staying in a near by hotel, and needed his hair cut so we stumbled upon Ben's. He's so nice and efficient! Prices are great too! My bf comes 2-3 times a year and waits for his hair cut by Ben. He never cuts it too short and listens to exactly what you want.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon with stylist Ben. He rushed through my haircut in just five minutes, leaving it far from satisfactory. When I politely asked for a proper cut, Ben responded with rude and unprofessional behavior. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.
The worst I have ever got in Toronto. I had to cut my hair by myself after getting a hair cut here. He made my front hair diagonal, which looked hilarious.
I absolutely love Ben’s Barber Shop! Ben is incredibly friendly, and his haircuts are always on point. The relaxing atmosphere, complete with great music, makes every visit a calming experience. Highly recommend!
The hairdresser didn’t listen to what my partner asked for and he ended up with a haircut way too short to do something about it, he was so mad after letting his hair grow for months and ended up with a plain short haircut he didn’t asked for. The hairdresser didn’t even apologize for the bad haircut.
