Had a cut done by Zack — one side ended up really low and the other much longer, completely opposite of what I asked for. The owner tried to fix it, and while he did make it a bit better, you can still tell the original cut was uneven. If you’re getting a haircut here, I’d recommend asking for the owner — he definitely seems to have more experience.
I dropped in for a haircut in a bit of a limb going off the reviews and the examples online and I don't regret it one bit. The ambience is great, the conversation is better, and I didn't even feel the time pass. Checking in to make sure the cut was going the way I saw it was such a nice detail too. Happy with the service and happier with my cut. Will def come back again!
The barber really disappointed me. I showed him a picture and explained exactly what I wanted, but the result was bad. I asked for a low fade, but he did one side like a low fade and the other side completely different, and the fade itself was not clean at all. On top of that, the price was very expensive for this quality.
My experience at this place was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I came to my appointment with a clear reference photo of the haircut I wanted: a simple fade. Despite showing him the picture, the barber proceeded to cut my hair however he wanted, completely ignoring my instructions. I had to insist twice for him to correct the cut. The first time, he did it reluctantly, and it still looked nothing like the photo. His excuse was that "my hair type was different," which is an unacceptable pretext for a professional, as a fade is a standard technique. After I showed him another photo with a hair type more similar to mine, he finally agreed, clearly annoyed. The final result was a rushed job, leaving several noticeable uneven patches and chop marks on different parts of my head. To top it all off, when it was time to pay, I was charged almost double, even though the price advertised on his own website for the appointment was $35. It felt like retaliation for demanding he do his job correctly.
Called in last second and he made sure he could accommodate me even with his busy schedule. Amazing cut and Cliff is very very polite and professional. Highly recommended!
He never rushes and is meticulous in cutting my hair. Been going for a year and I’m still happy with the cuts. Good price, friendly service .... all good.
