Not to toot anyone’s horn but Sam is by far the best barber I’ve had. She’s great at what she does and goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests eg. Booking me earlier in the week if she has a slot available. She’s also just a great person to talk to while you’re getting a haircut and makes sure you feel comfortable at all times. 11/10 barber, 11/10 conversationalist, 11/10 overall vibes ?
Have had multiple amazing a Blowouts from Anna here - she had made my hair look amazing every time and it lasts so long - I’m usually getting 4-6 days out of each blowout! I was just in Alberta for a week (got the blowout the day before I left) and it literally lasted until the end of the trip! Sure I had to touch up a small few pieces here and there once day 4 came and use a few sprays of some dry shampoo by day 5 but like…the amount of time that was saved for the trip was incredible. My hair looked flawless for a week! (I believe she can be booked through Little London as well as GlowWithTheFloww, the other amazing business that shares the space)
Went to this shop desperately after another barber in another shop had messed my hair up, and Elia did a super great job to fix it. It is such a nice and welcoming environment to get a haircut. Will come back again.
I had a haircut here years ago and beginning a few weeks back, they’ve started emailing and texting me with offers. I have opted out of communications many times but the emails and text spam keeps coming! This is very unprofessional.
The worst haircut I’ve had in a decade. Absolute hack job by a barber who had very poor listening and comprehension skills, and even after seeing numerous photos could not understand the very run-of-the-mill look I was going for. A simple style that I’ve had done better for half the price was absolutely botched and then she tried to gaslight and blame me. Shocking ineptness.
Great hair cut, worst beard trim I've ever had. I would complain if there was anything that could be done about it, but it's not like they can glue my beard back on. The cut is all different lengths, I could have cut it better. I get the feeling they don't do a lot of beards. As I said though, the hair cut was perfect.
The first time I went, Samantha cut my hair it was fine. But the second time an Albanian 21 year old cut my hair. It was horrible he didn't shape it properly and when he was cutting the top of my hair, he cut half of the part he picked up from his finger. Then he yelled at me.
