As soon as I came into Toronto Star Barbershop, the team was very friendly and kind. Even while having the haircut I made some small talk with E barber. I’m overall rating I give it 5 stars. Recemended to come here!
Wasted my time this morning. Booked a appointment for 10am this morning. When booking my appointment it had no name of who to book with and selected first available barber since I had something to do. Got there at 9:50am and the barber said he is not my barber even after showing him I booked my appointment. He said he will call the barber to cut my hair. He called and didn’t tell me if the person was showing up or not. After that his friend came in around 10:10am and the barber cut his hair before mine. It’s now 10:30am and I asked if my barber was on his way. He responded with he is probably still sleeping and cant get a hold of him. If I didn’t ask he wouldn’t have told me anything and I would have just sat here. Not even like the barber offered to cut my hair after. Horrible customer service.

My 7yo had a great haircut by Ahmed, who was super friendly and offered me coffee. The precision work on my son’s fade was superb, he is obviously a pro! Love the decor and vibe too.

Mohamed is the man! Had my haircut done by him multiple times and each experience was great. Easy and fun to have conversations with; Excellent communication skills in regards to how you'd like your hair done. Top notch service from a stand up guy. Highly recommend!
I just cut my hair, honestly speaking the place is so welcoming and the barber is incredible, I don’t think someone beats this barbershop in the GTA. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place and I can guarantee no one will regret visiting this place.
