I’m beyond happy with my condo renovations! RenoWOW! was great to work with- super responsive, had great suggestions, used quality materials and finished everything faster than expected. Thanks to Sam & his team, the space looks absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!
Due to good reviews and an estimate that was in line with others, we decided to choose Sam at RenoWow for out small basement bathroom renovation. However the treatment we received from him was what makes us rate this company low. We found he did often did not listen to what we wanted, and when we questioned some parts of the quality of work, he became argumentative and defensive. The concerns were uneven grouting for a large number of the tiles, protruding tiles, cracks in caulking around sink/shower, and uneven painting. I was called "nit-picky and nickel and diming" both in person and in an email, which is unprofessional and condescending. We can certainly understand and accept some errors in a project like this, but in the end our concerns were about the quality of work and the poor treatment of us as customers. I would not recommend this company.
Very arrogant. It was a zoom meeting , and he made it VERY clear that he will see if he wants to select me as a client, and NOT the other way around. I couldn't believe the attitude. Would not want to work with this person! Also, was not willing to give a quote - he kept asking how much i was willing to spend! very strange!!
