I will forever be a client of Fioro at the beaches! The reception team is approachable and accommodating not to mention the incredible stylists. Fariba has been my stylist for about two years and is wonderful. When I get my hair coloured and cut I am always blown away by the result. Book with Fariba! She is amazing, especially with curly hair.
I was rushed out because someone else had come (30 minutes early) for their appointment and I didn’t get time to look at my hair. Fariba gave me the worst, choppiest haircut I’ve ever had. I am in tears. I had spent $1000+ fixing a bad dye job, where they had been fixing it at Fiorio Cumberland (where they are all lovely), just to have it all ruined. I am in disbelief how she let me leave knowing what she had done. Even worse - it’s only on one side! I have like a half-mullet right now. If you are interested in Fiorio, Cumberland is wonderful. BTW: this was a $130 cut! Update: My hair was fixed for free at Cumberland. The customer service at Fiorio is amazing, however I would advise a bit of caution when booking with Fariba.
The team at Fiorio at the beach is the best! They are very professional and pleasant. Simone is incredibly skilled and knows what suits you best. He is great working with kids too. My kids love going to Fiorio for a haircut.
All I can say is… WOW. Daniella gave me Bellyage and a cut. I don’t think I’ve ever had more beautiful colour in my hair. I am over the moon happy with it.
Booked an appointment for a colour and cut for my wife for 11:15am. The morning of at 9:15am, my wife called to confirm the appointment and they said her appointment was cancelled as the stylist called in sick and that they were going to call her to let her know. We have a newborn baby and my wife had made arrangements so this was disappointing. Atleast they should have called first thing when they opened as a courtesy. There was no other stylist available. I will not be booking any further appointments at this location.
When you walk in you're greated with a warm smile from front desk (Cierra and Willow) you're rockstars! Everyone is friendly and professional. My stylists are amazing Emily, Dyana and Fariba. They are very accommodating with my needs. I highly recommend going to Fiorio for all your haircare needs.
I went for to get my hair dyed black and a simple trim. The lady who did my hair was very lovely and she did a good job except she didn't put a barrier cream around my face like other professional salons have done for me in the past. I didn't say anything when she started because 1. she is the professional, I will trust her process.. maybe she has a cream she uses after? 2. I didn't want to be rude. After she finished my hair looked great from a distance in the mirror, I didn't go right up to it to inspect closer. When I got home I realized I had black dye staining remaining on my forehead and cheek area. I had a dinner event that same evening and wanted to look my best. I emailed the salon (with pictures) as it was closed and asked for advice and was hoping to maybe get a discount for a future service but they just apologized and told me to scrub my face with soap and alcohol which I did and it made it raw and red and made me cancel my dinner plans. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I also own a business and I know would have handled this kind of situation much differently. The reason I go to a professional salon is because I know I am willing to pay for professional results.
