I brought my niece for her first salon experience and they were wonderful! Bella and Queenie really showed us a good time and we left with gorgeous nail art. We will be back!

I came here to get gel extensions a few months ago now and they were marvellous. But when I went back to have them removed the woman actually butchered my nails. I was bleeding through the nail in multiple spots. And now that my nails are so brittle I have receding nail beds because they keep flipping backwards all the time and separating from the base. I basically cannot use my nails at all without them splintering or flipping because they were so shaved off. The procedure only took about 10-15 min and was painful and burned and at first I thought they were fine because of the oil she put on but after I washed my hands I realized my nails were shaved down so far - and not evenly, the surface was jagged all over. At some points she was shaving my nails with the buffer and was looking out the window or talking and not even looking at my nails. I left with completely damaged nails. I would not take the chance having your nails removed at this place.

I have been going to the nail salon for a few years now they are very professional and clean everyone there is very kind and nice and they all do amazing jobs with my nails so I really recommend coming here!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – EXTREMELY PAINFUL, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL I have had 100+ mani and pedis in my life, and I have never felt the need to leave a review until now. I had been to this salon for pedicures before and always had good experiences. But this time with a nail tech named Vivian was so unbelievably awful that I will NEVER come back. While doing my gel manicure, my nails began to burn so badly that actual SMOKE was coming off of them. I understand gel can sometimes burn a little, but this was extreme and absolutely not normal. Instead of showing any concern, Vivian was unbelievably dismissive and rude. When I told her how painful it was, she sneered and said: “You have 10 fingers, don’t you? It will hurt for all 10.” She would then tell me to keep putting my hand back under the UV light, even as I told her how unbearable it was. Every time I said it was too painful, she gave me dirty looks, and continued with zero care or compassion. On top of that, she left huge glue build-ups under my nails. When I asked her to remove it, her response was: “No, not possible. It’s uncomfortable, right?” — fully acknowledging it was wrong but refusing to fix it. I’ve had gel manicures done for years and I know what’s normal. Nails should NOT burn to the point of smoking, and glue build-up absolutely can be fixed if the tech actually cares to do their job properly. This was not only the most painful manicure I’ve ever had, but also the most disrespectful. Vivian showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero skill. And to top it all off, the price they charged for this was outrageous. I walked out of there shocked, upset, and uncomfortable. If you value your nails, your comfort, or basic decency from the person doing them, do not book with Vivian.

Went for the first time today . They were such perfectionists! I was really impressed . I had Chloe for my mani, Cindy for my pedi. Nails looks beautiful, salon was clean, staff were are friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend

Went in for eyebrow waxing and had a terrible experience. Staff were rude and did a poor job. The lighting in the room was very dim, so it’s not surprising that they missed so much. Wouldn’t recommend. Edited to add: sad to see the owner failing to take responsibility and pretending the review isn’t legitimate, so I’ve added a screenshot of my payment.

The best! I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and everyone is always so welcoming and lovely! A big shout out to Bella who is THE BEST ESTHETICIAN OUT THERE!!! She is so precise and take care in every single nail. I have never had my shellac manicure last 3-4 weeks but she makes it happen! My nails have never been healthier/stronger. I would recommend this salon over and over again especially my girl Bella!

I know who you are, please don't do such a stupid thing, we just don't rent your parking space, because you don't give us remote control of the apartment, we can't get in, After three weeks of good service and after we don't rent your parking lot, you give us a nasty review
