This is the place for all my hair needs and hair glow ups. From the wonderful staff and owners, I always feel at home and I’m always treated so wonderfully. I always leave smiling and with hair that turns heads! Just got my hair done and can’t wait to be back !!!!
loved my service, however, wish they would've been upfront about the cost to dry my hair. Usually a regular blow dry is included in the price of highlights, but was told after the fact that it was charged separately, would've rather dried my hair at home and even previously mentionned to the stylist i was already planning on curling my hair later that evening so not to worry about it
Worst service ever! Marion was completely unwelcoming and so rude. Was looking so forward to my hair cut and from the second i entered she was dismissive, late and didn't even take one second to discuss with me when she would start my hair. I have never encountered such terrible behaviour especially from a business owner! absolutely despicable! Next time Marion you should really watch how you treat people cus you never know who that person is or what they are going through. Instead of treating me like a client you maybe didn't know yet - you treated me as a replaceable nothing- your fault!
Terrible service, waited 30 minutes for my appointment, i simply asked how much longer i have to wait, i was then yelled at and told to calm down. Embarrassing!
I was recommended by a friend to this salon (note she used to go to the high park location some years ago). Cut itself was decent but price on the high end for nothing special. Booked and was told I was going to be honored the price before it went up. When I was cashed out they charged me $5 more…. Didn’t notice until I had paid, left and looked at the receipt. Frustrating they don’t honour what they promise… never again.
Wonderful experience! I was attending a very special event and knew that Privé Hair Gallery would be the Hair Salon of choice. Sylist Rachel did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair for this big event. Crystal was welcoming and offered me a delicious cappuccino. Excellent service and hair style and very welcoming environment. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing salon! I don't event want to call it a salon - felt like a small family and I was invited to their home. I saw Efie and was nervous about trying a new place - I had long hair with no colour in it and was fearful of the hairdressers that always cut it all off and dye it the colour they like. She did my cut and colour. She sat me down and talked me through everything - detail by detail. Asking me what I wanted and was SOOoOo enthusiastic about what she could do. Her love for her job was pouring out and it made me very comfortable in placing my long, virgin hair in her hands lol lets just say when I left, that I LoVeD my hair! From booking my appointment with the friendliest receptionist ever, to the fabulous outcome... I will definitely be going back!
