After my first visit, I already knew I’ll be coming back. I’ve been looking for a nail artist I could really feel comfortable with — and with Traci, it felt like chatting with a close friend while being totally pampered. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, even fitting me in last-minute to fix a nail — which I appreciated more than she knows. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made the whole experience feel so warm and personal. I’m so grateful I found her. If you’re looking for someone who not only does beautiful work but also treats you with heart, Traci’s the one ❤️
I go to Sassy Doll regularly for gel nails, and have always been welcomed and well taken care of by Shayna and Traci. Shayna usually does my nails and has a great attention to detail and always makes sure that I’m happy with the result! I would recommend her for anyone looking for high quality gel nails.
Attempted to cancel an appointment after accidentally booking the wrong time. Due to this being prior to business hours I was going to call to leave a message to notify them. The phone was answered and I was chastised for calling prior to 10:30. Extremely rude considering I was trying to give them notice. I won’t be coming to this salon or recommending it to anyone nearby.
Sassy Doll Studio is my go to place for nails and lash extensions! I have very sensitive and dry eyes, and I was in perfect hands! Traci ensured I was comfortable and did everything within her power to make sure my eyes were taken care of before and during the service. She doesn't believe in the motto "pain is beauty". Her gel fill technique is strong, durable and natural looking. No thick tips here! AND (I cannot stress this enough) she gave me a great tip on how to avoid that burning sensation when the gel cures under the lamp. Totally genius!! Another example of how much she cares about her client's comfort. The quality of the products she uses is incredible. I've been painting my house and not a single chip in sight! Also, I'm driving from Scarborough. I always find street parking and it's worth the trip!!
