I have been taking my kids to Nidia for years, she is so kind, soft and very patient with kids. I can say this with confidence as she has always cut my boys hair since very little, and now they only let her touch it and they are TEENS now.( so that should be clear sign of many years of experience and cherished memories! i went for a trim but the rude lady that works there showed no respect at all and genuinely seemed like she wanted me to get out. the prices on her website are not at all correct and it’s really expensive. she was rude to my elderly mother who did nothing wrong. DONT GO HERE.
This salon deserved more than 5 stars It took me numerous years of finding the perfect salon in Toronto and I’m so glad I found this. Nidia knows exactly what she was doing when you are in crisis of your hair color. She has done the most amazing job on getting the hair I want and she also got rid of my red-dye. My roots were red and i didn’t know how to get rid of that color but Nidia did a wonderful job on removing the red tone and now my roots are brown that matches with blonde in mid-end length and now it looks AMAZING exactly how I want! Thank you so much Nidia for helping me!! If you are looking for new hair Color or having trouble getting rid of the Color you don’t want then you have to go this salon!! You’re missing out!
Tried to get a haircut for my young daughter. Was told it was $30 to which I simply said okay, no thank you. She then asked me what type of cut and I said just straight across the bottom and she told me $30 still because it's long. I said okay, no thanks and was walking out. She then said "I'm a professional hair stylist and this place is not for you." I just decided I didn't want to spend that. I don't think it warranted such a rude comment, similar to the Pretty Woman scene!
Nidia is an amazing stylist. I have been going to her for years. She does fantastic with colouring, cuts and styles. I love getting a gorgeous blow out with curls. The way she uses the round brushes to create volume and curl is the best. I highly recommend her :)
I decided to choose this saloon because of the good reviews but the experience that my wife had to go through on her wedding day is extremely disappointing. She was complaining about her hair entire time and the hairstyle that we asked her to do was unstable and didn’t stay till reach home, in the end we had to redo it by ourselves. In the eye make-up she used some shadows on the eyelids and mascara and charged 100USD for that, the service that we got for the money we paid didn’t worth at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Nidia is very professional and passionate about her job. She’s been cutting my hair for a while and I always had a great experience. She also fixed my hair for two weddings, one was last Saturday (picture attached), she did a great job and all my friends were complimenting me. I recommended her a lot. She’s inside Holiday Inn Hotel and her salon is very quiet and peaceful. I love it!
