Terrible Experience I ordered the Burton mattress because it had the perfect firmness and smoothness when I tried it in the store. However, when the new mattress was delivered, I immediately noticed it didn’t feel the same. When I called to ask about it, I was told that my body “just needed time to adjust.” I kept the mattress for almost a month, but the feeling never changed. I went back to the store to explain the issue, but the salesperson showed no interest in helping. I ended up having to replace the mattress — and only then was I told there would be a replacement fee, which had never been mentioned before. I paid it, but again, the salesperson offered no understanding or support. After completing the replacement, he casually mentioned, “Oh, just so you know, you can’t replace the second mattress.” This information was, once again, shared only after the fact. Overall, it feels like the store’s goal is just to sell mattresses and avoid responsibility afterward. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
If you want daily pain, buy a mattress from Sleep Country. I told the salesperson from the beginning that I needed a firm spring mattress—not memory foam as he pushed to me. Unfortunately, the problems started soon after purchase. Within 2–3 months, I began experiencing serious neck and back pain because the mattress sagged so much I could feel the bed frame beneath me. When I contacted the warranty department, they claimed there were “no defects” despite the clear issues. The lack of support and quality is unacceptable. After just 4 months, this mattress is heading straight to the garbage. Honestly, even Ikea mattresses are more durable and supportive than the overpriced garbage I got here. Definitely not the place to shop if you care about your comfort or long-term health.
The people they have at this location are just best. Matthew really helped me in finding the best mattress in my budget. He was very helpful and answered all my question. I would highly recommend this location as I had a really bad experience at Fairview mall location.
Tricky business We went down to this store, saw a mattress we liked, put down a deposit to hold the price and told the sales we’ll be coming back to do a final confirm before we place the order. We didn’t go back for a week and this morning we got a call from sleep country saying we have ordered a mattress which will be delivered today. I called the sales and told him about the mistake, and he kept on pushing for us to still have the mattress delivered. I told him I don’t want to buy from you and just give my money back. Hopefully I will get my money back!
Is there a day when mattresses aren’t on sale? Do full priced mattresses even exist? While we are on that thought how was life created and what is the meaning of it? Asking for a friend
