I went to the Sleep Country branch (2625 Weston road) to test and buy mattresses and told the owner I also wanted to check other stores before deciding. When I said I would come back later, the owner very rudely told me not to waste his time and that if I didn’t want to buy, I shouldn’t come back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude.
Yeah, good deals everywhere! Sept 12/25- I like this place a lot better than the brick. I’m getting a mattress delivered to me for free? Amazing! This south Asian man helped me and gave me free pillow covers! Service and hospitality was great!
My dad bought adjustable bed and loves it. Moe was very nice and knowledgeable very kind to us. He even called us a few days after we got the bed to make sure we were satisfied with it. I thought he went way beyond what he needed to do. I very much appreciate the person he is so thank u
I have been to many sleep countries and the staff here are by far the most knowledgeable and kind. They take time to make sure that the mattress you get is the best for you and at the best price. This was my first mattress purchase for myself and I wasn’t sure how delivery would work; come to find out that for an additional cost, there’s an option for the delivery team to come and remove my old mattress and replace/ set up my new one! Moh and Chris were the ones who helped me in the process, I would like to thank them once again for being so transparent! They are truly so genuine and continue to help our community in hard times.
We had recently purchased a great Tempur pedic mattress from Sherway Gardens. We happened to be shopping in the area, so we went into this Sleep Country (401 Weston) to look at a base. Chris spent a great deal of time educating us on the various types available. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He spent time searching on the computer to find the most suitable one for us, keeping in mind the functionality as well as the cost. We are very pleased that we ended up with an amazing adjustable base. Thank you, Chris!
Helpful, professional, friendly service that found a good option that was within our budget. A little bit of the "i'm giving you a special deal (that I almost certainly offer everyone else)" treatment, but tempered with the fact we got an actually good price on an actually good mattress with no attempts to outright upsell us out of our price range. Fully recommend.
