Dishonest and manipulative. Do not place a deposit here!!! I had a terrible experience at this store. The salesperson pushed me into leaving a deposit to "lock in" a price, explicitly promising I could cancel at any time. When I called to cancel, he lied to me twice. First, he claimed he had processed the refund (he didn't). Second, he tried to scare me into keeping the order by falsely claiming the cheaper mattress I found elsewhere was a "DEMO" model (it wasn't). My refund never came. I eventually had to physically go back to the store to cancel and get deposit back. Even then, he tried to make excuses (saying i am seeing a clearance price) rather than apologizing. DO NOT trust them with your money and DO NOT go to this location. DO NOT DEPOSIT!
We got help from both Mohammad and Abdul. They were friendly and helpful and we left with a good deal on a Mattress we were looking at online for awhile. Very satisfied with the service!
Mohammed is a true salesmen, he just wants the sale. Pushy, arrogant, impatient, but when he wants to he will act very friendly, all for the sale. I put down a deposit because he convinced me, but when I asked for a refund later, he refused. I had to get another associate to do the refund. Extremely unprofessional. Went to Leon’s instead and the service was excellent.
Great customer service, they didn't have we needed but upgraded us for free to prevent us having to wait for 2 months. Overall, we had a great experience.
My girlfriend and i met recently with salesperson Sarah at the dufferin and lawrence location. I met with her a second time. Her product knowledge was absolutely amazing!! In addition her customer service skills and recommendations were second to none. Despite that i nomally deal with another sales person at another sleep country location i was almost tempeted to buy from her right then and there. But as a former salesperson myself i believe in being loyal to only one salesperson. What impressed me the most was she didn't just say this mattress is for you but she explained in detail why this mattress was for me and not another one i was considering. The only negative thing i can say was what she recomended was a bit too firm for me being a side sleeper. However being a guy over 250 lbs i can understand why she did. I just hope i can get another exchange now based on sleep country's comfort guarantee as this mattress is causing me hip pain.
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This man was so rude that I had to go home immediately, pull out my laptop and write this review. It’s shocking to me that this particular branch is still open.
Went in looking for a box spring for same day pickup, and they had one queen sized box spring, how lucky! We loaded it into our pickup truck and left. Half an hour and we were good to go.
