I had a great experience with Sleep Country. I had a hard time finding the right mattress for myself, but they always offered solutions and helped me through the process. Today, I finally received exactly the product I wanted! The store staff, Fazeen and Rifaq, were very professional and kind. The delivery was completed exactly on the date and time they mentioned, and the delivery team was also very polite and helpful. I’d also like to thank Sam from the Shaw King store for his assistance!
Ordered a new mattress through this location over a month before moving to secure a delivery date . The day before the mattress was to arrive, they informed us that it would be delayed two weeks. What is the point of paying a deposit and securing a delivery date if it will not be honored? How is a two week delay possible considering the size and scale of Sleep Country? I would understand a delay of a few days but two weeks is not acceptable.
Visited this store to buy a pillow but when I asked to try they brought a very old and dirty one, I could tell it hasnt been washed or tried with cover. These stores usually have a thin cover they put on the pillow for the costumers to try on and throw out after. Felt disgusting and had to take a shower when I went back home.
We busted sleep country downtown and was greeted & served by Aaqib who was a fantastic help and showed us a different range of mattresses to fit our budget. Highly recommend great mattress.
Great service when we bought the bed. Awful service organizing delivery. They won't even give us a time range for delivery! This is Toronto, one must book elevators to actually get the mattress to a unit. Take your money elsewhere.
Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the price point I wanted! I'm so pleased. My only complaint is that the store was extremely hot so it made it uncomfortable to walk around and try things out without sweating. Has something to do with the building above that just pumps heat into that place! Everything considered, I'm super happy and was able to get everything I needed thanks to Adam. Excited to get my mattress delivered!
WATCHOUT.. I got a mattress couple of years back and have hardly used as I was out of the country. Now it is so uncomfortable and daily wake up with severe body pain.. I literally can feel something hard at the central axis.. I tried reaching out to customer service to get this fixed by claiming the warranty which is for 10 years and they make some weird excuses to not honour the warranty. Have faced a very bad experience and this too expensive for the quality and the type of customer service. Avoid..
