Delivery service is horrible. We bought a mattress on Sunday, delivery should be on Friday but we didn’t get our delivery I called them a man was rude and told me that delivery will be on Monday but my husband called them during 10am till 5pm on Friday they told delivery is coming.
I am totally disgusted with the staff at sleep country Etobicoke on the Queensway, especially the actions of David and Zanig. I went in specifically telling them upfront that I am working with a sales associate in the Bolton store and a bed is already in the process but im just trying it out to ensure its the right fit. I said multiple times I do not want to give any information as I'm already dealing with another store and associate. Zanig was relentless in wanting the infirmation so he could "check inventory" eventhough I already had a bed on hold. They wanted to poach the sale for themselves having done nothing. David didnt even leave from behind his desk. Totally disgusted. They are the epitome of the used car salesman (bully on the playground). Do not shop at sleep country Queensway.
Nothing to report but good news. So far product is exactly as advertised service was above and beyond and my sleep was rescued. Tempur-Pedic is like sleeping in space, so is the pillow. The base virtually silent and lifting 300 lb at the legs or the back is quite impressive. If anything I'm the ultimate test and it passed. Very easy to set up. The worst part was figuring out where to put it. Oh and even worse is where to put all the cardboard. Great work you guys thumbs up to everybody. Thank You.
So upset with Zaniq who stated ‘I hope you came here shopping for a mattress today n not just to use my washroom!’.. …how rude n jaw dropping,…upon my leaving I stated I’ll keep shopping n may return n this was his snarly comment!. I’ll NOT be back Zaniq or Sleep Country. There are many other stores that sell mattresses n box springs.Upon leaving I shared my story briefly with a couple entering n at 5:30 I shared it with 40 others in a zoom! Word of mouth advertising is important…..think Zaniq. .
If i could give zero star i would. This is the worst Company ever, their website info is misleading. I bought two of their ellen mattress of their website that claims that product has a 10 Inch height. The product came in 7-inch. I called for exchange twice and then again sent the wrong product. I again requested them to correct it and they sent the same 7-inch mattress. No one. In customer service bothered to check the mattress size, neither anyone bothered to explain or take care of the issue by offering a replacement. Their product was not only wrong size but was also damaged. Its been a month and i am still struggling to get the right bed replacement from sleep country. They also have a lousy/inconsiderate customer service.
Very happy with the service at Sleep Country Queensway. I got a Bloom River mattress and bamboo memory foam pillow and I love them both. My first sleep on my new bedding was amazing. So worth it to invest into your sleep.
