This review is specifically for the Queen St E store! Went in to get advice on pillows and was totally ignored for first 15min No one even acknowledged we were there. Guy finally came over, threw some pillows on a bed with paper cover and walked away to sit at a desk and wasn't available to answer questions, tell us prices or anything. It wasn't busy either. There was maybe one other person whom I assumed was a customer and maybe 3 other staff members who like I said didn't even acknowledged we were there and were at the middle to back of the store talking to the other customer, guess they felt he was more important ♀️ We walked out So much for sleep/pillow experts More like treat the customer like they're non existent and they're business isn't wanted or appreciated If I could give 0 starts I would. Will 100% go somewhere else to get what we need where treated properly

If you return a mattress within the 100 day window, and they say, "Would you like to save $x hundred dollars?", answer, "No thanks". Unfortunately, I said yes and they delivered a (non-returnable) mattress that has clearly been used for +1yr. Worn out on one side. Caveat emptor with this place.
Zahir was really incredible, super patient and resourceful when it come to pricing and genuine advice that suspends self interest. He does talk a lot though. :)
We bought a mattress and pillows for our guest bedroom, with the help of "Zahir". He was knowledgeable, suggested a number of possible options, patient, and took time to explain the invoice, item by item. We can't wait to receive the new mattress, and have our tired old mattress taken away. Thank-you, Zahir!
We had an excellent experience at Sleep Country on Queen St. in the Beaches (Toronto). The sales person, DC, was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for and made very good suggestions as we tried the beds and asked for something a little different. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes and the new mattress sets were delivered quickly and efficiently following all COVID protocols 2 weeks later.
