Mattress is 2.5 years old with a 10 year warranty. Customer service is terrible! After submitting many photos as requested, they are still asking for more. I have dismantled our bed four times to get photos. It isn't easy for a 70 year old person! After many frustrations, Sleep Country authorities my warranty claim.
I knew what I wanted and the staff member was quick and helpful. He double checked to make sure he was picking up the correct product. When I used the pillow I bought I didn't like it. Customer support was fantastic and I'm happy with the outcome.
Had a great experience at this Sleep Country! Paul was extremely friendly and helpful from the start and was willing to answer any questions we had. We originally went in to buy just a mattress and ended up also getting a mattress protector and pillow that I love! Thanks for the help, Paul!
The sales associate seemed completely clueless about their products. We purchased a pillow that felt nothing like the one we tried in-store — the one at the store was nice and firm, but the one we brought home was soft and unsupportive. I noticed on the packaging that the pillow could be customized, so I asked the sales associate about it. Her response was, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” I was literally reading it off the packaging.
I recently purchased a bed from Sleep Counry, Bay location jus below Bloor in Toronto Irshad Thahir, Sales Associate provided excellent advice on the mattress and frame. Later when I had to reduce the size of the bed (and price) from King to Queen he did so fast, effectively and graciously. Michael

The lady sitting at the front is probably one of the rudest salesperson I've ever met. I went in just to ask if they sold lumbar support and instead of giving me a quick yes or no, she went down this whole condescending line of questioning and even asked if it was my first time here. I had seen lumbar support being sold at Caspar so I wanted to check if they did too. Needless to say, I'll never shop here thanks to her unprofessionalism.
