If I could give ten stars I would! Patrick and Jay helped tremendously! I went there and met my parents and they both waited. Patrick also stayed 15 minutes longer after his shift ended to make sure my parents were caught. They were both extremely knowledgeable and patient. Could not have had a better experience.
Patrick was our main contact and he was knowledgable and professional, and very responsive to all our questions and follow ups along the way. We would recommend him to others and he made our mattress/bed purchase an enjoyable experience.
Once upon a time in 2012 I bought a fantastic bed at this location and was so pleased with the service and the result that I came back this year. I again received incredible advice and care from Jacob and Mizan. They took the time to see what my previous purchases were and explained all the technologies and features. There were no questions that went unanswered. The mattress I got was at a great discount and yet has felt amazing to sleep on! Months of back pain reversed with this choice. Thanks so much and I’ll definitely come back :)
When we walked in we were greeted by Patrick and he was able to help us find what we were looking for right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pillows we were looking at and he was able to get us a great deal. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service, thanks Patrick!
Patrick was very helpful and friendly! He immediately found the exact pillow we were looking for, and he generously gave us a great deal on the price. We were able to make our purchase in less than 10 minutes while he chatted with us about our family in Ireland. Would recommend getting help from Patrick!
We had the worst experience here. We came to look for a new mattress and tested some out. There was one we liked but wanted to shop around elsewhere to compare. The salesman (who was apparently not usually working at this location) told us that there is only 2 mattresses left in the warehouse that can be put on a special offer price. If we wanted to hold this mattress we had to put a refundable $200 deposit down. He told us with this deposit they would hold the mattress for us at that price for up to 3 months… that should have been the first red flag. Anyways we put the deposit just to guarantee it incase we ended up going with that mattress. We then went to another sleep country where the sales rep there told us a different price for that exact mattress -a cheaper price. We ended up finding a reputable brand and mattress at The Brick, but then found that exact same mattress way cheaper being sold at Costco. We bought the mattress from Costco, and then had difficulty getting our deposit back from sleep country. We called the store we went to and they were saying we had to contact another store because that’s salesmen didn’t work at this location originally. We had to contact them multiple times to actually follow through with giving us our refund. On the phone they kept trying to convince us to purchase the mattress, saying that there was a special sale and it was now only $999. Afterwards we start getting text messages saying the mattress from sleep country will be delivered on a certain date.. we had to contact them again, and somehow they managed to process the order on the mattress even though we never told them we wanted to buy it. Our experience was one huge headache. They continuously lie about pricing and availability to try and manipulate you into buying their overpriced mattresses.
The lady was helpful, up until we paid for our items. The guy there seems pretty lazy and dismissive. When we called back to rebook our delivery due to some changes, he was extremely unhelpful. For someone who paid upwards of +$3000, we should be getting better service. Seems like these people just want your money but once you've paid, you're no longer their problem. Not bad to buy here, but try to look elsewhere.
