I recently got new shades for my home. One for my living room and one for my bathroom. The staff helped me get exactly what I wanted. They have so many choices to pick from. It is like learning a new language but they made it simple for me . The quality of the materials are outstanding. Installation was simple with their online instructions with video. I am extremely happy and will shop with them again. I love my purple shade with the button detail
Very precise & incredibly easy to install. We ordered 3 floors worth of blinds with many different sizes (width and length). All the coverings were bang on & look great. We are over the top happy with the windows we ordered the extra casing for (on the roller blinds).. though more money it really completes the look / looks like a unit that is multiple times more than it cost! We saw Offcut Shades displayed at a local Home Depot and were impressed by their quality and style, but wanted a few more custom options than HD seemed interested in. Contacted Offcut directly and spoke with their sales staff, ended up ordering several shades from their website. Production and shipping was quick, but unfortunately when our shades arrived they were the wrong fabric. We reached out to Offcut, and they immediately got to work making it right. They determined it was a production error and sent us several new samples of fabric to choose from, not just tiny little squares but big foot-square pieces, was great to hang them up in our new master bedroom / bathroom addition to help decide. Once we made our choices they rushed them into production and we had the new shades quickly, all free of charge.They let us keep the old shades that were the wrong color, we ended up donating them to Habitat for Humanity. Highly recommend Offcut Shades, for their quality product but also their great customer service and support. That seems kinda rare there days, but they really delivered. We’ve since ordered another shade from them and it arrived perfect. Support a Canadian business! We’re glad we did.
Had a great experience with Zach and Off Cut Shades. Really helpful sales experience and they didn't at all try to sell us anything more than we needed. Very communicative and the price was reasonable, we felt. We self-installed our roller shades and it couldn't have been easier. Positive all around.
