Just visited this shop to purchase a mini USB cable for my Canon 7D. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended an alternative channel to sell my old camera, which only the insiders know about. An easy five stars!

I had an excellent experience with the DV Shop. The store has the feel of a long-standing family business focused on video production, and talking to the owner was very pleasant. He had lots of time for my questions, guided me towards the right equipment for my budget, and was the exact opposite of a high-pressure salesman trying to move me along. I'll be back.
This is the place to go for professionals in photo, film, and television production looking for top-tier support of high-end equipment. The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. Their hours are good, their communication is great, and their jokes are terrible. Five stars.
Competitive pricing and friendly staff. It's nice to shop in a store that doesn't have salespeople following you around at every turn. I was able to browse at my leisure, get my questions answered and when I was ready to make my purchase, the salesman I worked with gave me his full attention. I'm not that experienced with photography but they seem to stock a nice selection of products and I saw some interesting gadgets I've never come across before. Another thing I really liked was the location of the store which is in a small strip mall with lots of free parking so you don't spend an hour going in circles trying to park your car like everywhere else in the city. I'd definitely shop there again.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible store! Staff inexperienced and most items are overpriced. Do yourself a favour and buy online!! Never going back there.
