I had worsed experience with this restaurant specially with host Abby. She was not at her place and behave rudily that I entered without reservation. She was not there at her place and not mentioned that wait to be seated, but she reminding me to follow process. This is unprofessional behavior from hospitality service. She is resist host. Shame on guys.
The food was really tasty but all our glasses were dirty, one even with lip-marks still on it, and our cutlery were dirty as well. Really gave a sloppy impression. The table next to us also complained about the glasses. Our server did a good job recommending wine paring.
Photos are deceiving . We were told over the phone kitchen closed at 10:30. We arrive at 9:50 and are rushed to order as the kitchen closed ag 10. Server rushed every single step of service and prematurely billed us out. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome at 9:50 on a Friday night, we were sat in a corner facing the hotel when there was available seating with city view. Server Paula took our table light before we billed out. Would not return
Typical overpriced high-end hotel lobby restaurant. The decor is lovely, but there is nothing the least bit distinctive or original about the bland, generic food that lacks spice and flavor. It's not terrible and the service and presentation are polished. But you could be anywhere. My wiener schnitzel was a large portion, but a bit dry, over-cooked and over-breaded...with only lemon and no sauce or applesauce. Spiced fries were excellent and not greasy. Others in my party had the half roast chicken and said it was "almost as good as Costco." There is no particular reason to eat here, other than convenience for hotel guests. Far better options are available.
Right close to the convention center what a perfect place to have a coffee or dinner. Shanique was amazing along with the great staff and attentive service. Highly recommended!
The food was very average sand a little bit of a dissapointment in term of taste and texture. The veal I had was so dry and chewy. The manager is a very nice lady and she managed tailor to our needs, everything else is 5/5 but the food is questionnable.
Winterlicious visit for dinner. Lamb shank was tender and flavourful. Delicious velvety leek and potato soup. Dessert of chocolate truffle cake - melt in your mouth! Staff were friendly and attentive. Quiet upscale ambiance made for a wonderful date night out.
