From the moment I first contacted John, he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me get a trailer hitches installed on my Mustang. There were some hiccups along the way due to my custom exhaust as well as some frame damage but John figured out a solution quickly and promptly and got me sorted out. The pricing is very fair.
