WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! These guys are the sneakiest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY !!! I rented a car from these guys for less than 24 hours and they charged me $524 all because my insurance company did not want to work with them. The manager and owner were extremely rude and did not care about my situation. Whenever I called to inquire about a refund or reimbursement the manager would shout and swear at me on the phone. Their mischievous actions prove why insurance companies ONLY work with selected rental companies because not all rental companies are good companies. How can you charge someone $524 for a car that they had for less than 24 hours? This is utterly insane and I strongly suggest to avoid this company.

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Optimum Car rentals. The customer service was unresponsive and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. Additionally, the rental process was unnecessarily complicated with hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront, firstly they take card preauthorization for so called deposit nd after they putt charges on credit card. The overall lack of professionalism and transparency left me frustrated and feeling taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against using Optimum Car Rental based on my experience.

The company was very quick to respond to any questions and deal with any type of situation. My car was in an accident, and Mr. Tarun Walia was quick to respond and provide me with a rental car. Also aided me in dealing with the insurance company.
Very polite, helpful, professional, friendly, quick and efficient staff. He also dropped me to my home , that help a lot, especially in very cold weather. Definitely, I will come back again in case I have trouble with my car. If you are looking for Auto Rental around the GTA this is the best place for you.
