Excellent communication and service. Sam was great at communication and scheduling , and technician Omar did a great job installing the dash cam. No hard wiring/cutting wires, doesn't void warranty, wires adequately hidden, and everything put back together. Would highly recommend.

Sam was very up front right from the start. He didn’t oversell and he told me exactly what I was paying for. Granted that it is much pricier compared to buying a smaller brand and installing the dashcam yourself, but you have an expert working on your car and ensuring safety (such as putting in the wires without blocking the front airbags, etc.). Omar was amazing at installing the dashcam, showing me the process and explaining as we went along. And I was glad because when I saw him putting in the wires over the airbags I realized what I was paying for. It’s like he mentioned, most people don’t get into accidents so they don’t realize that they had installed the wires incorrectly. I would recommend them. They are quick and reliable.
Great experience with Omar, he came to our home and took care of 3 of our cars with the FineVu dashcam he recommended. Wires were our main concern but he made sure they look super clean, thanks again Omar!
