terrible communication and response to emails. I tried refilling my prescription after 2 weeks of emails back and forth and they still weren't able to give me my medication. they also charge extravagant amount of money for prescription refills and offer "financial plans". I know our healthcare system is in trouble and I'm all for private enterprise but in this case they take your money without providing any proper service. The people who work the telephone and fax machines are overworked and unable to fulfill basic requests like prescription refills or doctor notes on time.
I took my mother to this clinic for several cardiac tests. The echocardiogram was performed by someone named Shahab, who carried out all the steps with great patience and care. His very kind and professional manner gave us a strong sense of calm and reassurance, for which I am truly grateful.
I dont understand the reviews, been seeing my doctor here for over 5 years, staff is wonderful, helpful and caring. I see a fantastic Physician Assistant and she's the most compassionate healthcare provider I have ever met! Thank you for all your hard work!
This is the worst dr. office in town. Please be aware that their business model is double booking and sucking up OHIP; meaning they book you to see a doctor/specialist and you get a physician assisstant… your whole 30 minutes appointment is spent with the assistant then you see the dr. for 2-3 minutes who show face and say hi and bye… gives you a prescription, but they charge OHIP for a specialist visit 45 mins. Double booking, cancelling last minute (10 mins before your appointment) because the doctor’s assistant is sick, for example. Then the doctor with who you are ‘booked’ refuses to see you because she has her ‘own’ bookings (because in her schedule-you are booked with her assistant-but you are not aware) and she is so fully booked that she cannot see you even you are about to die in the waiting area. She will pass by like a cold heartless ‘human’ and let you go. I still cannot recover from this experience… Do yourself a favour avoid this place at all costs and specifically, the so called “dr. Romana Dragojevic.” Full scam and waste of your time.
Very disappointed with the reception staff, After I done all required tests they didn’t book an appointment with my doctor, and when I called them to check it, the reason was that they are not accepting new referrals, but they will try to put me on waiting list, and it may take time till November.
Terrible communication. Phone is not answered. Voice mail is not returned. Email is not returned. Scheduled appointments get canceled. Crazy service.
