I have been to Chicken N' Dough restaurant on Eglinton Ave W several times over the years since it is close to where I live. They have a wide variety of food items. The place is not very busy, but it is clean. Service is okay. The food is mixed. Last time, I ordered two smash burgers for pick up through UberEats, but the hamburgers were not very crispy like a true smash burgers. I once ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but the piece of chicken was very small. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, but I couldn't finished it since it was too spicy.
Took me right back to old memories — it felt like home! I tried the chicken cheese balls and Tex Mex fries, and both were absolutely amazing. Definitely coming back again. Thank you for the great experience!
Seriously the best wings ever! I’ve tried many wings places and the wings have never been as fresh as this place. You know when you eat wings and they taste like they’re been in the freezer for 5 years? This place tastes the exact opposite. I can tell that the supplier of the wings is top notch and made from young chickens. I used to work for Swiss chalet so I know that’s the key to great tasting chicken. The customer service is also great so I highly highly recommend
Amazing wings and fried. And they don’t use franks red for every hot sauced wings on the menu! If it was nicer inside, I’d eat here. But I prefer takeout.
Food was decent...but the problem I had while eating their...flies kept buzzing around me and my food while trying to eat. They definitely need to work on that situation. I didn't even finish my meal...I packed it up and left, because of all the flies that were there.
Food was on par but a little pricey Place was hot but the cashier was kind enough to seat us at a table beside a stand up AC and turn it on. Over a good experience
Food: Got the chicken shawarma. Comes with fries which were good so gave an extra star for that. I didn’t like the shawarma at all. I love onions but wow should have called it an onion shawarma, way too much. Atmosphere: I almost turned around and left when I stepped inside. Weird uncomfortable vibe. Dead silent in there. I’m not even joking I was getting grossed out hearing the other two people chewing across the room. Put on some low cozy music or something. Service: One star Becuse I see the owners attacking and being rude to reviewers. Not professional at all.
