I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They first asked me to provide a list of missing screws so they could prepare it for pickup, but after I sent the list, they never responded. When I tried calling, the staff were unhelpful and even hung up on me. Very unprofessional customer service.
Great customer service and amazing delivery team. The crib set I ordered was delivered with some manufacturers defects, I emailed management and received a response the next day and a whole brand new crib the day after. Very quick and responsive team. Alex and the other delivery man were very professional and helpful when assembling the set for me, they even took the time to clean any marks made on my floors !

They were very helpful and accommodating especially during the pandemic. One of my furniture pieces were held up due to covid restrictions and they lent me a loaner until my piece was available. I had an issue with my wardrobe and Walter was very accommodating and fixed the issue. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
