Wonderful place for my 3 year old’s birthday party. This is the second year that we’ve hosted his party here. The staff are super helpful, the place is very clean and there there are toys for a wide range of ages.
We hosted our son's third birthday here and he had a blast. My only suggestion was that, while I went over the timeline with the staff beforehand, I had to ask about when the food was coming out and the staff didn't help me communicate to the guests on cake time etc. Other than that, the space was great, all the kids had a great time.
We had our son’s 1st birthday celebration here. It was a good experience with their friendly and helpful staffs. They also maintain clean rooms where kids can play safely. Thank you Bok Play Cafe!
Went there with my son but found out that they were running a camp and I needed to book in advance . I had a chance to look around. It didnt look bad but nothing special.
Beautiful clean space. Unfortunately I was not happy with our experience. We had our son's first birthday party there in May and the service and food was lacking. After spending so much money I expected to get enough pizza to feed our guests, (10 kids, 20 adults) with 4 small (8 slice) pizzas that tasted like frozen pizza such as delisso is unacceptable. We supplied other food items ourselves luckily. We supplied cake and ice cream, they did not have spoons for the ice cream. The reps were no where to be found most of the time, no one helped to serve the children, it was just not a great experience.
The place was very crowded, there was no place to sit. The play area was unsupervised. Edit - they reached out and refunded the expense for additional adult, thank you
Hosted my daughter’s second birthday at BOK Play Cafe on the 17th of March and it was amazing! Kids had a blast! Claudette and Manuela took care of everything and made the event go by so smoothly. As a mom who plans very elaborate parties, this was a dream to not to have to do anything. Pizza they provided was made in house and pretty good. They allowed us to bring outside food which we were so grateful for (we have dietary restrictions) and I wanted to bring in some themed food based on the theme of the party. I didn’t think to check with them but they’re able to provide halal options. Like how amazing?! I would have definitely added some food from them if I knew ahead of time. There’s always a birthday and we’ll get those halal empanadas next time! Apparently, coffee was great too. I wasn’t able to eat or drink anything at the party but won’t miss the coffee next time They checked in with us periodically to see if we need anything, cleaned throughout the event (bc kids are messy!) and it was great. Only thing we would have liked is more play time! there were so many cool play areas, it was hard to take the kids away from there? Well done team BOK!
