❌ 0 Star Review ❌ This is not the first time I’ve found bugs in the bread bags — it’s actually the 3rd time! Two times before, I reported it to the workers and cashier, but they didn’t even care — not even a simple “sorry”! The bigger issue is that I believe this is not just one location — I’ve seen the same problem in other Kin Kin Bakery branches across Toronto . This makes it feel like a common problem, which is very concerning. ⚠️ Management must take this seriously and fix the hygiene issue . Otherwise, you’ll lose customers very easily.
I go here all the time in the middle of the work day to grab BBQ pork buns and they're so cheap and delicious. The entire lunch comes out to $5.95 including taxes, if you get 2 pork buns and a soda. Solid deal!
bought a few buns here and a veg puff pastry. taste-wise, really good! i wish i thought to heat up my items before eating as im sure it would’ve been even better. i appreciate that everything is labelled well.
I love visiting this bakery, especially on Saturdays! They bake the freshest buns every day, and by the end of the day, they're almost always sold out. The workers are super fast-paced and have all the buns perfectly displayed by 10 AM, which is impressive. I usually stop by on Saturdays, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by before they close at 7 PM!
Located on the lower floor of Atrium on Bay, Kin-Kin Bakery is a Chinese bakery chain offering a wide array of Chinese baked buns, dim sum, and beverages such as bubble tea and Hong Kong-style milk tea. A nice pitstop for a quick lunch or small lunch! The standard plastic cases on display showcase a diverse selection of buns. The dim sum is consistently steamed and warmed during lunch hours, making it convenient for a quick lunch but not optimal quality as we didn't know how long was out. Additionally, food court tables are available in front of the bakery for those who prefer to dine in. Kin-Kin Bakery accepts credit cards and cash, and the staff is efficient in packaging items for takeaway or preparing beverages. Also note, that the bakery provides the option to purchase their dim sum in frozen batches.
$11 for 6 buns Big sizes but they were a bit dry and felt old What they call black sesame bun (typically it’s black sesame paste): using lotus or red bean paste? & putting a few black sesame seeds on top Milk tea is watered down Such a pity because this place used to be so good and The ladies who work there are nice
