I've been going to Dr. Rego for years. She knows what she's doing, she gets to the point and finds things you didn't even know were bothering you. She is very professional, personable and has an excellent way of explaining things to you in an easy to understand and concise way. She is very good at putting you at ease, and is very knowledgeable about how the body works as well as about physio exercises to help you strengthen your weak areas. I always feel like I'm in good hands with her.
