I am a 60 year-old athletic, pretty healthy woman. Throughout my life, I’ve been pretty hard on my body. A jogger, gymnast, lifting, heavy furniture, etc., and it’s taken a toll on my body, transit operator/bus driver, which is hard on my spine/neck. I was in pretty rough shape when I started seeing Dr. Caplan. X-rays, body measurements, carrying 10 lbs more weight on my left side was causing spinal issues/pain. I saw Dr. Caplan 3x per week, down to 2x per week and now I see him 1x per week to keep up with all I have done and to keep my body functioning how it should. Dr. Caplan has the most calmest demeanor, excellent listener, absorbs all of your questions and concerns and will come up with a plan that works with your subluxations to keep you fully functioning. Unless you go through these treatments, you will not understand how important they are and how much better you feel mentally and physically after your adjustments! I felt inclined to post a review because I was unable to obtain an adjustment for a full month and I was feeling absolutely horrible. I just came back from my adjustment and I feel like my entire brain is more clear, less anxiety, literally breathing easier with less exertion and my body feels completely relaxed. Do not hesitate to call “Healing Hands” if you seriously need to change your life mentally and physically. Only you can make this choice and you won’t regret it. They are open Mon/Wed/Fri and very laid back with bookings, no issues with cancellations and easy going if you are running late. Speak with Sharon at the front desk. Kirsten is amazing! I have been seeing her for years and she has been an important part of my overall healing and wellbeing in that time. I cannot recommend her highly enough! The environment at Healing Hands, from reception to room comfort is exceptional.

Highly recommend this clinic! My wife had years of problems with her neck, shoulders, spine and hips due to un auto accident. We have been to other places but they weren't helpful. We nearly lost our hope until we met Dr.Caplan of Healing Hands Clinic. He is very patient and professional, very understandable and his practice is amazing.After 12 sessions she was able to get some improvements. We would definitely recommend doctor Caplan to everyone.

Dr Caplan is pretty amazing. He’s thorough,informative, kind and has an incredible “bed side manner”. I came to see him on recommendation from my sister after years of back trouble. I had gone to two previous chiropractors without understanding what was going on with my body or feeling any better. After my initial consultation I know know exactly what’s wrong and I’m excited to work with Dr C on fixing it. It’s also so handy they direct bill so it’s a seamless experience. Highly recommend.
I've been seeing Dr. Caplan (chiropractor) for over five years. I would recommend him highly. He always gives me practical advice and expert care. He also never seems in a rush to get to the next patient (unlike some chiropractors I've seen). Another bonus: I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to see him.
