The clinic was really nice, cozy and clean. Dr. Djeddi and everyone at the clinic were really friendly and considerate. I had a great experience there last week.

When I first contacted the clinic, I was in 12/10 pain with my L5 out of place. I cannot say enough about Dr. Djeddi, she is an expert, phenomenally skilled in practice and immediately took the pain down. I went back to see her three days in a row. She really is an exceptional doctor. You’re in great hands seeing her.
I used to go there for my shoulder pain, and I realized that they are primarily focused on making money by overcharging my insurance. In the first 10 minutes they (mistakenly) found out all my coverages, and then the doctor immediately claimed for almost all devices that my insurance covered. And they claimed for absurdly high amounts (like 3x-4x the actual price when I googled it). When I brought it up they acted like I shouldn’t care because I’m not the one paying! And after some argument they said those numbers are their *convenience fee* because I don’t have to buy from a store. They used up my insurance within 1 month, and I was left with no coverage until renewal. Be careful about what they want to rush you in and claim on your behalf.
Be aware and careful of what the clinic recommend you for medical devices. Make sure you go to another clinic if you need to get the prescription and check up before considering to buy the medical devices at the clinic (Do not get their referral). The clinic seems like just wants to take your money or your insurance money therefore in my case they pressure me to pick up the knee brace and pay for it even though I told them my knee is completely back to normal which I do not need to get the knee brace and would pay for the cancellation fee. Please know the knee brace is not custom knee brace.
