Linda did not need to take the time to examine my espresso machine that I brought in……to be serviced,. Linda asked me what the issue was, examined the machine, discovered a part that needed to be replaced, replaced the part, & sent me & my machine on our way ❣️ Thank you very, very much Linda❣️
I asked them to fix my coffee machine and they said they would call me the day. But after two days, they didn't call me back so I tried called them again on the end of the second day and they said they would call me the next day for a schedule. On the third day, they called me and said they could come on Friday. So I told them at the first call it was an emergency and I couldn't wait until Friday. They said they would figure out a way to fix it. But since my machine had been broken since the weekend before, I didn't want to interrupt my business any more so I asked a faster technician to fix it. after 4 hours later They called me back since we have last called and said they would come at 8am tomorrow. So I told them that I had already fixed the machine. But suddenly he complained to me that I fixed it without calling them. You didn't call me once in 3 days and you're complaining to me? It's extremely ludicrous.
Drove here from Newmarket to find out the store is closed and it says open until 12 PM today on google... Wasted 1.5 hours of my long weekend and now cant drop off my espresso machine for service... Should update the store hours online if this is not opened as long weekend hours have already been updated...
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They're a bunch of scammers. Bought a $3,000 espresso machine 1.5 years ago, already had to have it serviced twice and neither of the repairs were covered under warranty. Just got my machine back and turned it on to find it still not working properly. Never coming back to this dump.
Sent my less then a year old philips 5400 coffee machine for a warranty repair. I take pride in the products that I buy. Most of the time I keep my original packaging. If I want to sell the product down the road, we’ll I think it’s a plus for the person who’s buying the product to have all the original packaging. So when I sent the coffee maker I sent it with all its original packaging. I packed it exactly like when it was new. They repaired the coffee machine pretty quickly. I was happy with that. But, when I received the coffee maker back, it was packaged in a flimsy styrofoam cup box. Filled with broken pieces of styrofoam inside the box. The coffee maker was not even in a bag or covered. So it had styrofoam everywhere inside it. It was pretty dusty also. I contacted them regarding this issue. Also contacted philips. The only thing they care about is if the machine is working correctly or not. They did repair it correctly. For how long will it work I do not know. But I’m really not happy about how they returned it to me. They did a warranty repair on the coffee maker. They got paid by philips for doing so. So they don’t really care about me. Steven from Anthony’s espresso did contact me twice about the situation but did not offer any way of resolving this issue. So if you care about your products maybe you should not send it there for a repair. You just don’t know in what condition it will be returned to you.
They are truly amazing! I had an espresso machine that kept causing trouble. Anthony's Espresso Equipment Inc. definitely helped me a great deal and I'm extremely grateful for their service. They have some amazing coffee syrups too that I would totally recommend as well!
I had excellent advice when I visited Anthony's Espresso Equipment on Dufferin St. last week. I brought in an older ( and as it turned out, well past repair _ 20 years old- ) machine and received honest advice about the cost/benefits of fixing it.. I then was looking at newer machines and Anthony's had one which fit the bill- and at a great price.. I wanted to replicate what i had previously- a machine which was manual and built to deliver... There was no attempt to 'up-sell' me to a version wasn't didn't required.....Coffee is delicious! a great choice....thanks Daniella and Joe!
