Such a lack of response that I'm not sure if this place is still in business. Have sent two emails over the course of a week (no response), have called multiple times (always goes to voicemail), and their online quote submission form does not work (only produces error messages about phone number formats issues, no matter what you try).
I'm a design student at ocad and have lived in this area for the past four years and out of every print shop that I've used around this location, Digi is by far the best. I had to print 30+ copies of my thesis project on craft paper last week and Inder, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. If you're a student, or anyone who needs to print something, this is the place to go. I'd give it six stars if I could!
This is a fantastic small business at Queen and Spadina, and like all our small businesses downtown, DP&C has taken a huge hit. I highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service - going above and beyond to help me with a last minute emergency. Thank you so much!
Very helpful and professional services. Been going here consistently over the last while and the owner goes out of his way to ensure speedy turnover and that my orders are to the highest quality. Great option for small business! Support local :) rare to find places like this anymore.
Worst service. Called and confirmed they do inkjet printing, only to be told they don't know upon arrival. Was told to come back in an hour and speak with the owner to get an answer. Called an hour later to see if the owner was there, and told to try again another hour but overall they just don't know...
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turn around on the print job that I needed. When I spotted a slight defect in my print, they were very quick to rectify it by printing off a new copy.
