I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received from my midwife throughout the journey. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also deeply compassionate and attentive. From our very first meeting, she made me feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed choices about my experience. Her calm presence and encouragement gave me the strength and confidence I needed, and her continued support after made a huge difference in my recovery and transition back She took the time to answer all my questions, provided personalized care, and treated me like more than just a patient — she treated me like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better midwife, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for respectful, holistic, and empowering maternity care.
They have canceled my appointment twice. The first time was understandable. However the second time was very unprofessional. They claimed they’ve called me to inform me about the cancellation but they never did. I realized when I was at the clinic.

The medical team, especially the midwives are absolutely amazing. The majority of the receptionists in the medical office are awful. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Excellent, kind, diligent nurses, my eye screening appointment went flawlessly. Just heads up for the rude receptionist guy, he makes sure he does not want to be there.
South Riverdale Community Health Centre is an extremely important and valuable resource in our community. The staff work tirelessly to provide support and services to the most vulnerable and marginalized in our community. I am very sad to hear of the class action lawsuit being filed by a bunch of ill informed neighbors in our community. I support SRCHC and am proud to have them as neighbors.
The Psychiatrist at this place is the worst. do yourself a favour and do not book an appointment with her you will feel judged and not understood. she doesn’t really care about your mental health she is rude as hell and very judgemental. It was a waste of time booking with her because she was more worried about the wrong stuff and not my mental health. She didn’t actually tell me what really could be going on,I thought they were supposed to give me a diagnosis? She ruined my whole day. She wasent even listening to anything i was saying and asked irrelevant questions.she discredited me a lot. I could go on but I’m gonna stop their. Just do your self a favour and don’t bother booking with her it is a waste of time. I’m currently gonna look for a better Psychiatrist will focus more on my mental health
