I have to say that I went with a curious, open mind after reading the mixed reviews here. I’m happy to report that my experience was a good one. Needed a really old iPhone restored/unlocked. When I arrived the store was busy and there were a few people standing around in front of the counter - I asked if there was a line up; a manager or owner appeared and started getting everyone moving and organized. Nancy was assigned to me and when I explained my issue, she said yes, they could do that and it would be $20 + tax if they could restore it, and if they could not there would be no charge. She unlocked the phone and messaged me 30 minutes later that it was ready. My problem was solved quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. I would return and recommend them based on my experience yesterday.
I had been struggling with an issue on my laptop for quite some time. Despite visiting multiple places, watching countless YouTube videos, and searching online, I couldn't find a solution. That is until I met Nancy ,In less than 30 minutes, she not only diagnosed the problem but also fixed it efficiently. Her expertise and quick problem-solving skills were truly remarkable. I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of technical support. Thank you.
Worst Experience EVER! Do not deal with these guys!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST! Mark gave 0 answers to my questions! If i could, I would give a 0 star. Poor poor poor
They do not have any return policy, I had to buy mac in urgent, somehow best-buy wasn’t processing order on same day so I bought but later on they told me they have no return or exchange policy I mean every Apple dealers have return policy weather it’s Best Buy or Apple store or source but this sucks, although they are open till 7 so that’s a little advantage if you’re office worker and don’t have time to go between 10-6
Went in looking for a genuine Apple MacBook charger, not 3rd party. Their dodgy customer service rep kept pushing their in-house brand, telling me it was better for the price etc. I actually had to press him to show me where the genuine Apple chargers were and it made for overall an uncomfortable experience. Store is nice inside though.
Be careful if you get a repair done here. I took my computer in for a repair, they said in order to do the hardware repair, they would need my login name and password... this is misleading, and fishy... My warning to others is to not give your login/password information for anything other than a restricted-permissions guest account.
