Honestly, too much cream filling for me. I'd rather have a regular warm gooey cookie (which they do also have). I'd recommend sharing a stuffed cookie- they're BIG!
I really like this place because of its delicious and varied cookies and rolls. Plus, the service when you order is excellent. The last time I was here, a girl named Lizet helped me, and she was amazing — very kind and helpful in answering all our questions.
I rarely ever write reviews but this shop surprised me. I went in not knowing what to expect, but when I saw all of the different flavour variations they offered, not only in cookies but also cinnamon rolls cheesecakes and ice cream etc., I was flabbergasted. I tried the Biscoff cookie and it was delicious. It melted in my mouth and had the perfect balance of the sweetness of the lotus cookie and the tenderness of the white chocolate. 5 out of 5, definitely would come again.
An amazing place, I will be back to try more fresh soft warm non-traditional cookies. So far the filled snickerdoodle cookie was so soft, moist and flavorful. Wow. The dark chocolate PB cup was a little dryer tho.. some really inventive and quality flavor combinations.
My sister ordered from doordash and we didnt even get what we ordered. on-top of that they are pre packaged cookies not even freshly baked. they didnt even put the cookie into a new package they just left it in the pack it came in. they gave us 2 cinnamon buns instead of thr other cookies we wanted and they are NOT fresh, warm, or remotely good. more like dry and gross. both the cookies and the cinnamon rolls feel like dry rocks. If you want homemade cookies from a bakery dont go here. $30 for garbage when we could’ve gotten better and what we wanted from walmart.
After sales service is zero. We ordered a nutella cheesecake- loved it. Went back for another one with ice cream. The girl in the front was clueless about everything. Went back to return it as the cheesecake toppings tasted stale and ice cream tasted like a pickle. They made another one, threw the one I gve back, and said pay 7$ for it now. Like I paid 15$ already for something I didn’t eat and was in dustbin without informing me that I will have to pay extra. And then they started arguing about how it is what it is and that’s the taste. Endedd spending 22$ for one cheesecake. First and last time.
Ordered a custom brownie slab for my Dad's birthday. I live in the US and even though I ordered less than 24 hours to when I needed it delivered the team at Bocados was able to make the custom slab and delivered it same day (even though it was a custom order). Huge thank you to the team - my Dad loved the slab as well!
