Very professional, follow ups are assured, I appreciate the quality of their services and materials as well as their instructors I wish they can get approval for Montreal branch and offer more trainings and recognition from CMQ best wishes
Be careful when purchasing training from this organization. They provide incomplete and misleading information simply to sell their courses. I was sold a microneedling course under the impression that, by completing the certification, I would be able to practice in Quebec — despite not having any prior training in aesthetics or a related field. Only after paying nearly $1,000 and completing the training was I informed that it was my responsibility to check with local authorities whether I could legally practice. No clear guidance or clarification was provided. This is particularly concerning given that CBAM is a Canadian company operating in Quebec. Yet, they mislead consumers into buying certificates without disclosing the limitations or demanding any prerequisites. This practice is not only disappointing but also unfair to individuals who invest significant time, money, and effort under false expectations.
I recently completed the CBAM Diploma program in the UAE. I really appreciate its structured curriculum and easy accessibility. In this era of virtual learning, communication is key—and the team has been very responsive. I’m likely to continue building my career through this program. Cool!
Fortunately I arrived very early for my appointment and was accommodated for an early start. I decided to go ahead with micro needling PRP after an explanation but I had no idea a pen would be used and how red my face and neck would be post treatment. It is very invasive and quite painful despite having taken Tylenol 30 min before arriving. I went in for face PRP via injection and cannula technique but did injection of the rich plasma and microneedling of the poor plasma. Unfortunately exosome was not available even though I had explicitly requested upon booking my appointment. It has been a little over 24 hrs and I'm still very red on my forehead and look to have a bad sunburn overall. Post treatment instructions have not yet been provided (requested and waiting for a response).
I completed the IV Nutritional Therapy course, first there was 2 courses missing that were supposed to be posted 2-4 weeks after the announcement that it was taking a bit longer to add those courses, did not happen. I have had to send MULTIPLE emails to get an answer and when I do get one it is extremely vague and not helpful. There is zero help post course completion. Not happy at all with this organization and the extreme lack of communication.
The service is great. Staff, Students and Dr's who assist are friendly and explain everything before and during the procedures. I have been coming at the north York location and couldn't be happier. The Doctor is always available to assist and accomodate with any concerns.
I had an opportunity of learning from experienced instructors and supervisors of CBAM during 2- day practical course for basic botax and filler injections. Overall, they were very organized, friendly, fairly giving a chance to every one for hands on practice, and sharing their valuable experiences with students and guiding them for safe practice.
