Paid for courier service of a few small parts for my auto business from a location downtown to a location in north york. Was told I would receive it no later than 4pm the same day. I called at 5pm because my package still hadn't arrived, was treated very rudely on the phone as they insisted that the delivery was already complete. I explained rather adamantly that I had not yet received my package and had no reason to lie. They told me to keep waiting as "sometimes the courier marks it delivered by accident". I told them I couldn't stay past 6pm so I will just call them the next day. I called the next afternoon and they acted like they've never even heard of me! Had to fish out my order number and blah blah blah (despite dealing with the exact same person) before they finally begrudgingly acknowledged I had an issue. In the end they refunded my service fee but I never got the package. Avoid Zap Courier/Roadrunners at all costs, the money you might save isn't worth the hassle!
Paula is incredible. I had to redirect a package at the last moment and she was very helpful and changed the address, contacted the driver immediately and she emailed a new waybill to me. I'm very impressed with her outstanding customer service! Thank you.
Would recommend using them over other couriers. I’ve used 3 other couriers in the past for deliveries and I was so disappointed with the service. I started using zap 6 months ago and I now use them for all my same day delivery and never an issue. Always super friendly, and accommodating even on short notice !

Reliable - I order jobs, most times last minute, they are very speedy and reliable Cost: Very competitive, cheap. Customer Service: Limited, the girls on the end of the phone are so rude and unpleasant, The company would be so much better if the girls were actually polite and friendly.
I could not disagree more with the first review. I am not from Toronto, and I called Zap to make a complicated and extremely urgent delivery while I was here for a convention. Even though I was not a regular client, the very pleasant girl who answered the phone immediately put me over to their Operations Manager, who took all the complex details and had a driver at my hotel in less than 15 minutes. The whole delivery to the Toronto Convention Centre from my initial phone call to the delivery of my documents was completed in less than 45 minutes! I had mentioned I needed a receipt, and I received a complete invoice in my e-mail 10 minutes after the delivery was completed. Thank you Zap. I don't know what I would have done without you that day! I would definitely recommend Zap for anyone who needs a courier service that provides incredibly fast and efficient service while in the Toronto area.
